Our electricity bill was always between 70 and 130 depending on the time of year. \n\nThe pros:\nWalking distance from North Mountain\n\n731 square footage for a one bedroom (I consider that to be decent)\n\nGates at the entrances (although they were broken half the time)\n\nThey're pet friendly. It seemed like everyone had a dog\n\nThe staff is very pleasant and helpful\n\nThe cons:\nSurrounding area is fairly ghetto \n\nOur windows were drafty and didn't block out sound very well\n\nIt was difficult for visitors to find our apartment because the numbering system makes no sense, and it's extremely difficult to find visitor parking. \n\nOur apartment didn't have many windows and there was very little natural sunlight. \n\n\n\nOne last thing I should mention - we submitted a maintenance request in person twice and both times nobody showed up.
