The experience was complete and we loved how not only did we eat amazingly delicious local food, but the fact that we also got to hear a bit of history of how and where it all originated. Our pilot was funny and experienced and the flight crew was awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better first experience. \nWe would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested.
