"I am a regular at Essence Dispensary location on Tropicana Ave. I have visited this strip location before, and had great experiences with night shift employee Olajuwon. However, today I had the most unprofessional experience at this Las Vegas Blvd location. \n\nKyle, the associate who assisted me, was extremely rude. I picked out my weed. As I went to check out, I asked if my discount was applied to my final bill. Kyle asked why should I get a discount, I explained it was because I'm a LOCAL and I WORK ON THE STRIP. Before grabbing his manager he explained \"he doesn't give out discounts.\" \n\nThe manager on duty, Ron, is the most unprofessional manager I've ever experienced at an Essence Dispensary. \n\nHe explained to me that the systems of both locations were not in sync and he would have to find my discount. That's fine, but instead of trying to de-escalate the situation... he just added more fuel to the fire!!! I asked Ron for corporates number and he told me to \"google it.\" WOW! I told him I wanted to leave a review on this terrible experience I was currently having with his associate. Ron, THE CURRENT\nMANAGER ON DUTY, informed me that he is \"one of the managers who doesn't care about reviews.\" I was in complete shock that he said that to me! \n\nAfter he found out I wasn't lying, he switched his attitude. Offered me a pre-roll \"on the house.\" (Which I later found out I was charged for)\n\nThe rude manager Ron left and Kyle started assisting me again. I paid. I started to walk off before realizing I didn't have my receipt or Notification slip in my bag. I asked Kyle for a receipt. He snapped at me that he was getting receipt paper. Kyle, you didn't inform me that the receipt wasn't in the bag. Nor did you tell me to wait for my receipt as you go get paper. You sealed up my bag, handed it off to me, and walked away like I was good to go! He said \"I walked in with an attitude\" and that \"I should be happy while I buy weed.\"\n\nIt's funny because as I walked out the building to my car, the security guard recognized me from the Tropicana location and asked me how my day was going. Out of everyone in the building he was the kindest!\n\nI HAD TO call the Essence Dispensary on Tropicana to get corporates information so I could get in contact with someone higher up. Erica gave me the email with no questions asked."^^ . .
