Unfortunately, my experience was not positive and even though I did purchase a car from here, I strongly would recommend if you are in the market for a new car and Mazda is the car of choice, make the drive over to one of the other dealerships. I found the two salesmen i dealt with to be knowledgeable of the cars, but their main objective was not to sell me the car I wanted, but to close a deal and to make the customer feel like they are really doing you a favor and getting you the \"best\" deal. I was sold an extended warranty which I was told by the sales manager was a contingency for the financing to be approved. It was only after the purchase, i spoke directly to Mazda Finance and found out there were no conditions around my financing so I have now had to go through requesting to have the $2800 extended warranty canceled and refunded.\n\nBottom line: Mazda of South Charlotte has a great selection of all the latest Mazdas, a beautiful showroom and a great location. Sales experience and trustworthiness of the sales team = 0! My advice, if you shop and/or plan to purchase a car from this dealership, make sure you are careful, question everything they do or say and best of luck on getting an honest deal."^^ . . "1"^^ .
