We just developed the first relatively minor problem with the blinds - one of the cords used to pull up the blinds has started to fray. Going online, I was able to see that the repair would be very easy if I only had the proper cord. I called 3 Day Blinds customer service. A very lovely woman named Crystal worked with me. she was able to find my original invoice in her system. She was able to determine the length and thickness of the cord I would need to do the home repair. She is sending it out and I should have it in about 5 days. She must have spent a half hour on the phone with me researching the 10 year old order and determining the proper cord width and length for my shades. I can't tell you how wonderful she was to deal with. Especially since they are not even charging me for the replacement cord. This goes way above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect for a company to do to stand behind their product. I will definitely use them again when I need new window coverings."^^ . "0"^^ .
