It's really about how the owner treat his customer. \n\nI email the company to cancel my monthly membership, the owner and COO Brian Sisson replies that it's cancelled and I respond a simple \"thanks\". Everything should be OK until the owner send me one word reply \"mor_ns\" immediately.
