"This company is a complete scam. Our garbage disposer\n quit working 9 days after we moved into our home. We contacted Choice and they sent a technician to fix it. The technician barely examined it and said it needed to be replaced. He didn't have one like ours with him. He said he would get one the next day and install it. The next day Choice said they would not replace it because our disposer had a \"pre existing condition\". Thjey refused to consider our home had passed a home i nspection and wouldn't let us speak to a manager. They also would not return our calls. THis company is completely dishonest and they are running a SCAM I found out the repairman they sent was a garage door repairman not a disposer repairman. DO NOT but a policy from these people.
