"As a design build contractor for 35 years I would \"not\" recommend this company at all. \nAlthough the gentleman (I believe the owner) who took my initial call responded accordingly, set the appointment, showed up on time and provided a verbal estimate with the SRP rebate options.\nThat was pretty much it, it's been 8 weeks and numerous unanswered calls with no response. I believe the trouble may have begun when I requested an additional quote to rework some duct work, I believe this may have been beyond their expertise, the last message I left I even said I would be interested in just having them just do the insulation, again unanswered.
