So they were my preferred dealership to go to, until now.\n\nMy Honda had an airbag recall notice sent by mail. I called this dealership about 5 times hoping to set up an appointment. Every time they say that a service advisor will call me back and nothing happens. No response even after I made it clear that I tried to set up an appointment unsuccessfully the past 4 times.\n\nAnd then my car battery died. I purchased the battery at this dealership. When I go there to get it replaced, the initial price they give me was almost twice the price quoted by a different Honda dealership for the same Honda battery. When I mention the other dealership's price, they drop the price, and agree to match it. So, if you don't do your research, you can be assured to be overcharged here.\n\nI rejected their offer, and got my battery replaced at Tempe Honda few miles north west, where I got awesome service.
