A 3rd person came in and was seen right away, her session ended, the Dr was free but I was still not called. I finally told the front desk lady that by the time I am called and finished with my exam and eyeglasses fitted, I would be late to pick up my son from kindergarten. So we rescheduled for the next morning 9:30am Thursday, even though they don't open until 10am? We'll here I am punctual, even more at 9:15am. I get a text shortly after, telling me to confirm for 9:30am, but for Friday instead of today like scheduled. I also indicated on the form and verbally to them, that I purposely put my phone number under \"home\" because I still have limited text and they get used up quickly and we all laughed about it, well the joke was on me apparently because as I previously mentioned, I got a text. There's a different front desk guy here today at 10am and I explained to him everything and he just kept asking if I could make it Friday @10:30 (apparently they do not open at 9:30am). I asked if i could be seen today and he said the Dr wont even be here today!? I let him know how disappointed I was and he said I'm not going to get a better price for an exam. I told him that some people's time is precious and thats something we cant get back and that customer service is a pet peeve of mine and a \"good deal\" isn't everything. I guess this place gets so much business that they can be this arrogant, even though me and the other person waiting to be seen yesterday got our deals on groupon, which indicates to me that you need help driving in more business and you coming back down to earth with alot more humility."^^ .
