I called the ER to get a prescription, the nurse said she would call Walgreens for me. I went to Walgreens to pick it up, where I waited for a long time to be helped, when someone finally helped me, I was told they didnt have my prescription. Upon calling the ER nurse, I was told that when she called Walgreens, she was told that they were \"too busy right now\" and so she wasn't able to put it in. At this point, I went back to the counter to get an emergency dose because I need to take this medication ASAP, but the pharmacist decided to talk to me like 12 year old and informed they don't do phone prescriptions and that I would need to drive to the ER to get a paper copy. As it is 11 pm, this is not an option for me so I called the ER nurse back, who said that every time she calls the pharmacy, they put her on hold. \nI am in excruciating pain and have an infection that needs to be treated with antibiotics as soon as possible, but thanks to Walgreens, I have TO WAIT 24 MORE HOURS FOR MY IMPORTANT PRESCRIPTION. I will never be going again. If you need anything to be done correctly, I recommend CVS.\n\nUpdate: I called the manager and explained the problem, she called me back to tell me the prescription would be filled within the hour. It has now been an hour and a half and I am still sitting waiting. If I wasn't in so much pain, I'd just wait until the morning when another pharmacy would be open."^^ . "1"^^ . "0"^^ .
