"I waited until the 3rd time using LadyBug to write my review. \n\nNo doubt MY Best experience...... I never called a cleaning company Classy before, they are high end quality at an affordable price. Nice easy to use website.\n\nWell in my 15 years of dealing with nightmare, over priced & shady cleaning crews/companies LadyBug is Top Notch! The communication is perfect, their on time, they have top quality chemicals and equipment! They show up super prepared and looking professional. Fernando is a hands on manager and runs his crew very well! He is so professional and polite & so are the girls. He listens very closely to my comments & requests & impresses me every time. My first cleaning was great & they left a delicious box of chocolates to say thanks (very classy). They place paper ribbons on my toilet to signify their cleanliness, who does this??? I mean this company is very corporate minded and super quality controlled in my opinion.
