We ordered it for a specific pick up time (an hour and half after calling it in), and ordered two sides, and two gravies. After waiting ten minutes past the pick up time, we got 3 thighs, 2 wings, 2 legs and 1 breast. On top of that, the chicken was dry, old, cold, and disgusting. We only got one of the gravies, and the sides were less than fresh. Unfortunately, this was not the first time we have been disappointed here, but we gave them a second, and a third chance.
