We started with two Lemon/Sage Martini's which were out of this world.\n\nWe decided to go for the fixed price menu (Omakase) $160.00 and were not disappointed. It started with a hot steaming bowl of Miso soup that was full of jumbo shrimps and crab. It was 10/10 and the best I have ever tasted. The next course was Honey Walnut Shrimp and Seared Scallops. The Tempura Shrimp was done in a delicious honey mustard sauce. The scallops had fresh ginger and served with a great sauce with some micro greens.\n\nNext course was Seared Tuna with crispy onion and Salmon Carpaccio with raw onion and capers both in their own tangy sauces. 10/10\n\nAfter that we had a selection of the Chef's Nigiri an the presentation was beautiful with ginger on dry ice. They served the Nigiri with an awesome smoked soy sauce. \n\nThe main entree was a perfectly prepared piece of beef with Wasabi infused mashed potatoes and Wok Vegetables. The steak and the mashed were 10/10.... however.... the vegetables were pretty disappointing. They were presented poorly in a dollar store soup bowl, oily, bland and a hodge podge of veggies. I would suggest you stay away from this side dish.\n\nWe had to skip dessert.... too stuffed.\n\nI recommend that when you are in the Las Vegas area that you venture out to The Westin at Lake Las Vegas and try this restaurant.\n\nThe ambiance is great, with stunning lake views.\n\nOur server was Daniel and he was excellent and attentive. Our bill came to $211.00 and we were extremely satisfied (vegetables not withstanding)"^^ .
