"2"^^ . "I came with my mom to have her car looked at. One part of the repair was to fix her automatic window and the other was a pretty serious recall. When my dad originally booked the appointment they asked if we were going to wait for the car. Considering the severity of the recall it wasn't going to be a sit and wait kind of thing. However when we got there they said they would have to keep the car overnight. Bad communication all around.\n\nLater in the day we call to find out what's going on. They said that they would need the car for a full two days. Not happening as I had to get to te airport the next morning. We picked up the car and now have to rebook or another day. \n\nThe worst part of all this is that Infinity knew what was going on but individuals didn't. They had ordered the parts in advance, knew it was a serious recall, but still fumbled the customer service aspect of everything.\n\nBut what can you do?
