Few days before the appointment, the spa called to confirm the appointment, then said I had to select a different service because I'm pregnant. Then they called right back and said the service I had selected was fine, and I could keep it. Then they emailed me the next afternoon and said I had to change it to a different service. They could not accommodate a time, so I offered to change the services to the next day, and to switch to the prenatal services. They (for an unknown reason) cancelled my prenatal service and replaced it with a non-prenatal service. At this point I asked them to cancel all appointments as they kept changing them without discussing it with me. They charged my credit card (required to schedule appointments) 50% of the services even though I only cancelled them due to their incompetence. I asked for a reimbursement of the fees and they refuse to reimburse me. I have asked the spa manager, Emily, to call me back, but she will not. She just cut and pasted their cancellation policy and emailed it me. I'm surprised a newer business would treat someone like this. Word of mouth goes a long way. I won't be trying to schedule here again. Scheduling an appointment at a spa should never be this stressful."^^ .
