Unfortunately, I tripped near the lobby over a mat that had been partially rolled up but not fixed...near the front desk so it isn't as if they couldn't see it. In any case, I fell and hurt myself. When I fall, I can't get up by myself. I'm partially paralyzed so it makes it very difficult. Everything spilled out of my purse and I was in pain & worried about my wallet and such being out of town. I called for help but no one came to help me. The people at the front desk just stood there talking to each other!!! I was so angry and so embarrassed. Luckily a very nice man came and helped me. He got me up into my walker seat and then picked up all of my things. He was so kind and nice. I think he was the van driver, Ross or Russ or something like that. I wish I had gotten his name because if it wasn't for him I'd probably still be on the floor.\nThere was no excuse for my being ignored by those young people. Thank goodness for the nice van driver. He also took me & my friend to the airport and he used a special step ladder to get me into the van, put my walker and luggage in, he took very good care of us. He deserves a big raise because he was the only positive part of my stay at your hotel.\nIf you are disabled or traveling with someone who is, id skip this place. They really don't seem to care. They only get 2 stars because of the nice van driver."^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . .
