Do NOT waste your time looking for honest, genuine, caring, reliable folks to help you with your scooter/mobility problems!!  My wife's 8 month old Pride scooter would not engage/move.  Another Pride authorized service provider charged me $35 for checking the batteries and said they were bad...WRONG!!  I installed NEW batteries before getting others load tested only to determine original batteries were fine. Searched online for other Pride authorized shops and found Las Vegas Scooters and Lifts which the BEST experience I have had with ANY kind of service provider for help..  Ian performed trouble shooting within minutes of my arrival and determined a controller issue.  As I left my name, number and serial number of the scooter (for warranty of parts), Ian had taken scooter into his shop to commence more trouble shooting.  I was getting in my car to depart, when Ian on the scooter went soaring by and holding a \"thumbs up\"....lol...  He had determined the defective part in the steering/handle bar section, replace it with one he had in stock.  He reassembled and told me to take it for a spin to check it out...all was PERFECT!!  He helped me load scooter in car and THANKED ME??  Wasn't going to charge me for anything but the part (TBD) and I insisted to my for his efforts and work,, he said \"what for 20 seconds of work??\"\"  lol.... BOTTOMLINE -- this IS the ONLY place to go to for ALL your mobility needs and repairs...  I'd trust them with ANYTHING....Folks visiting Las Vegas with scooter needs or issues???
