I took my '90 Porsche Cab to Kelly-Moss because my heater was blowing full-blast and I could not turn it off, or adjust it. \n\nAfter not hearing from them for nearly a week I called to get an update. I got the feeling they had spent very little time on the car, but the service rep told me they thought it was a failed Climate Control Unit. After several days they finally called me to say yes, in their opinion the CCU had failed, was irreparable, and that there were no replacements available. I asked them to at least disconnect the heater hose. \n\nWhen I picked up the car I found that they had not disconnected the hose. They told me they would keep looking for a replacement CCU. \n\nIt is now several months later and I have not heard back from them. And, oh yeah, I took my Porsche to a shop in Chicago and they were able to quickly repair the CCU."^^ .
