The front desk informed me that I need to make it within 7 minutes of my appointment. I did, but only to be told that the doctor had messaged the front desk for rescheduling \"just now\". I stated to the front desk that I arrived at the time we agreed on. She blankly repeated her previous statement, no apologies, not a slight effort of trying to confirm with the doctor since I was there.
