"I would suggest to the owner of this business in concourse A to rethink the management team. 2 managers were sitting on the customer side discussing their personal lives while there was a long line of people, stock sitting out, napkin dispensers empty, dirty counters and only 2 people behind the counter. It was a 20 min wait and the sense of responsibility on the managers part was underwhelming to say the least. The 2 kids working did the best they could do."^^ . "1"^^ .
