I was charged $65 to have my boots \"cleaned up.\" For example, they repainted and did minor repairs to the heel and toe areas. I have to say I was pleased with the results. However, while wearing my boots for just the second time, one of my heels broke off. Upon returning to the store I was told I would have to pay $35 to have the boot heel repaired. I found this to be unacceptable. In my opinion, they should repair the heel that they had just recently repaired at no charge. Clearly there is a correlation between them just working on my heel and it falling off after only wearing the boot one time. The man in the store was adamant they were not responsible for my heel as well as the man I spoke to on the phone. I was told it was not worth them loosing $25 (they took off $10 as generous gesture) to repair the heel. I told them they would be loosing me as a customer if they wouldn't do the right thing. They were fine with that. So I'm asking that you take your shoes and money to any other repair store in Las Vegas. Magic Shoe Repair is unprofessional and their work is clearly questionable as the final product falls apart."^^ . "0"^^ . .
