It was such an incredible culinary experience. Two months past, and I am still trying to put it in words. \nHowever, I have come to the conclusion that I can't really explain it well enough to do Garde-Manger justice.\n\nIt was truly As Good as it Gets in Montreal. \n\nI like many others wished for a little more light, and the special cocktail was pretty weak for $12 (a shot of Zubrowka and pear pulp).
