I myself have been dealing with Claim Adjusters and representatives for a few weeks now after an elderly man hit my parked car and claimed that it was a hit and run. First of all, my car was parked in front of my home. My car has been un-drivable since the summer and I was at work during the time of the accident. With all the information provided to investigate and prove that this is a fraudulent claim, my representatives have been unwilling to take the appropriate actions to clear this. They seem more willing to settle and pay out rather than advocate for me. Highly frustrated and disappointed in this company and in their obvious inexperienced representatives.
