Perhaps i had high expectations for tonight when I returned........\n\nNot impressed by the meal tonight. \nSeating:\nFriday night reservations. \nPlace 40% occupied \nThey sat my wife and i were seated at a small 2 top table against a wall when there were many empty 4 tops throughout the restaurant. Not a great start. I figured that the must have later reservations booked. Not the case and the restaurant remained half full until we left at 9pm on a Friday. \n\nService:\nWaitress seemed inexperienced and very young especially for a Friday night \n\nFood:\nI had the Halibut special. They missed the mark. They must have seared the halibut for a bit too long which caused the fish to get a bit over cooked. The eggplant ragu was overly acidic and seemed to overpower the dish. \n\nDid enjoy:\nBeet salad was terrific \nThe \"moon light\" cocktail was remarkably tasty. Great construction and flavor balance for both the beet salad and the cocktail. \n\nNot planning on coming back"^^ .
