Opened two years after the first Gibby's (1972) in St Sauveur (1970) this place will definitely win you over if you're looking for a steakhouse.\n\nI've only been here once many years ago and remembered having a really fun evening. This time around was to celebrate my mom's birthday. We were a group of 16. Some came late, other had way too many questions and demands. You know, the annoying ones ;). The waitresses were more then nice and patient. No complaints about the service here. Everything was great!\n\nThe wine list was ok. It has too many American wines and certainly not enough wines from France (they only had red Bordeaux). Menu is pretty straight forward and there is no extra fee for sharing the plates! Now THAT i love!!! Our meats were cooked to perfection. The only thing that i didn't like was the watery/wilted salad. I think they dressed it too early. Portions are huge! Free pickles! Free bread and free real bacon bits. \n\nI don't think i could afford eating here every week but can certainly come back when craving a great steak!"^^ . "2017-01-03T00:00:00"^^ . "0"^^ .
