I pulled up to the building and it looks like an abandoned warehouse, great. However, once I climbed the steps and arrived at the studio i was blown away. The gym is modern, sleek, clean, and absolutely beautiful. The glass windows give you a 140\u00B0 refreshing view that, like the studio, is beautiful. Okay, enough about the aesthetics. \n\nThe class starts on the spinning bikes with loud music and a stern, yet kind voice over the speakers then proceeds over to the weight area. Today the instructor was Chris herself. She's a little ball of energy, muscle, and motivation. Really, incredible. Im going to reiterate that I hate group work outs. HATE. The first five minutes my flight mode was activated. I wanted out. After that, she somehow motivated me immensely. She encourages you, pushes you, and congratulates you and does it in a manner that you want to go beyond your baseline workout. \n\nAfter the cool down, she offers to make her clients a protein shake or something to eat in her little kitchen, cafe. Based on what I witnessed, I don't think she charges people for it. Honestly, I don't know but what a kind gesture regardless. \n\nIf you are looking for support, motivation, and/or a killer workout, try Chris. I know that I'll be back."^^ . "1"^^ . .
