My disappointment was not with her but with the owner.\nI had called to set up my appt and the receptionist stated she could not find me. She said someone would call me the next day. I did not receive a call back so I had to call again. They weren't available when I called again so I waited for the call in the afternoon. I did get a call back and was told that they found me and that I would have a credit.\n Upon checkout I was told that I owed more money. Really??? The owner made it known to me she was the OWNER and did not address any of the calls I made. I let her know I was not trying to argue with her and that I was a paying customer. It's the principle. She was very defensive and didn't care. She made my great experience there turn into a quick negative experience. You would think an OWNER would create a great customer experience.
