Luckily I got a refund and a non existent 20% discount on my next purchase. You see folks, I am on a quest to obtain the ultimate hard body for the summer and the only piece I am missing is a bar and weight set to complete my home gym. So I did it, yup I tried site to store pick up once again. To my surprise it was actually available today..HOT DAMN! Off I went to go get my purchase and then it happened. They couldn't find it. Curse you Satan!! 20 min later they located one. And the package looked like Gold's Gym threw it through the internet to the store. I was reluctant to take it home but I figured don't judge a book by its cover. Bad move! Not only were some of the weights damaged but it was missing parts. Back to the store I went. I asked to speak to the Assistant Manager Darcy, but Darcy was not up for delivering customer service tonight. You see she had inventory and had only 5 min to go till quitting time. I felt the love!! NOT. Luckily I was able to get a refund and have officially learned my lesson. I honestly think Walmart needs to re-evaluate training their managers on how not to be a douche and proper customer service. But not on inventory days, because Darcy doesn't like that shit!"^^ .
