The heat issue I was having was because of a thermostat issue and it was quickly resolved. The Fireplace needs a new sensor and it would have required pretty much taking the whole thing apart but no worries there since the thermostat issue was rectified.\n\nThere was also an issue with my key card but again Karina (who I failed to mention in my first update) quickly had the issue resolved.
