"Most definitely request the newer towers when making your reservation and do bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap, even if its for just one night. Thats just a heads up, not a big deal. The suites are so spacious and very beautiful. I'm a local, and mos def not a baller, but I can say that I have stayed at a few of the ridiculously- expensive, \"Luxury\" strip properties, and The Grandview Resort is so much better. Check-in time is 4pm, but they were glad to accommodate us and check us in at 11:00 AM, and that was great. There is a lot of vehicle and pedestrian traffic, so beware. And this is the only problem I encountered, but it was a big one. I booked the suite for two nights, because we had family flying in to town for my baby's graduation, and needed the extra space, so we were extremely thankful for the early check-in. The registration was quick and service was good. We were eager to get our guests settled in so we could all get ready for the graduation ceremony that evening. Shortly after our arrival, I was already out the door and heading back to my place. As I made my way through the busy parking lot I had to stop for one of the properties, many maintenance vehicles, that was doing a sort of 3 point turn, in front if me. While I was at a complete stop, waiting patiently, another one of their vehicles carelessly, backed right up into me and practically drove all the way up my front left fender. Needless to say, theres never really a good time for a car accident, but I really did have a lot of things going on and I was not happy about the time, money, aggravation, and embarrassment, this thing is costing me, and its two weeks later. If you are wondering, would I stay here again, I'm not sure yet. I'll write an update when this settles and let you know how it goes. It would have been nice to get an apology or at least a phone call from the property, but I didn't so I don't feel as if I'm a valued customer. I hope they realize that because of one of their careless employees, who obviously was not driving safely, I am now having to take time off from work to get quotes for repair and more time and aggravation for the actual repair. I have to find alternative transportation to work and home and so on and so on, so yes, an apology would have been nice. Thank God it was only my car and not a pedestrian, that might have been deadly.\nSo it's 3 months later and my car finally got fixed. Lost 12 hrs of work getting estimates and for the repair. No car for 7 days, and I had to beg around for a ride to drop off and pick up my car. Oh and driving around with that ugly messed up fender was embarrassing. People probably looked at my car and assumed I was a beginner, a drunk, a careless or unfit driver. Anyway, I never got my apology nevermind reparations, I will never stay at any of their property's nor will I recommend anyone to stay here. If you do beware of negligent employees that probably shouldn't be driving in the vicinity of human life."^^ . . "0"^^ . . . "1"^^ . "0"^^ . "1"^^ . "2016-06-23T00:00:00"^^ .
