Customer service, lounges, conference areas, food provided during the conference. All excellent. Two Starbucks and the Hash House A Go Go all made me happy. \n\nThe suites were nice. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Awesome bathroom space that was huge! Housekeeping was nice and unobtrusive so I appreciated that. A minor quibble being that they provide a keurig and they can provide k-cups, but you have to ask and they won't provide more if you don't. \n\nMy biggest issue was the shuttle. Two different shuttles can take you to either Bally's or Harrah's. It's a first come, first board service... Except if you have a players card which allows you to board first. No big deal, expect the bus fills up fast. So if that players card person walks up right as the shuttle gets there, it doesn't matter that everyone else has been standing in the 100 degree heat for 30 minutes, they board first. That means you're possibly left waiting another 20-30 if you're unlucky enough to be at the back of the line. I know it shouldn't bother me because it's an awesome incentive for their hotel, but I found it irritating. Either have a second bus running to cut on our long or drop the card for the shuttle. It rubbed me so wrong. Not to mention the round about way the shuttle takes to get to Harrah's, you'd almost do better getting a cab. \n\nAdd being far enough from the strip that walking was a challenge and I couldn't give the Rio all the stars I wanted to. Awesome hotel, but battling the shuttle and not being on the strip bothered me a little."^^ .
