. "1"^^ . "I've been to the other Flo's restaurants in Scottsdale and I have always had a great dining experience so I was happy to discover a Flo's on the south side of town. Since it was part of the other restaurants, I expected the same level of quality service and food at this location but was really surprised. Oh gosh, the experience was way off...\n\nREVIEW OF SERVICE:\n\nThe waiter must have been new because his explanation of some of the dishes wasn't really helpful. Additionally, we were in mid-bite when he came over, said it looked like we were wrapping up, and asked if we wanted the check. what.the.fuck. The restaurant was only 15% full, you need to make room for imaginary customers? Also, usually at Flo's the salad comes out really quick but for some reason today, the salad took quite a while and it was thrown onto the plate so half-assed, it was spilling onto the table when they served it. \n\nAlso when the food was delivered, the waitress practically whispered the name of the dish while trying to move it to the table. We had to ask her what dish it was so we could direct her on where to put it. \n\nThe restaurant had a lot of employees but the quality of the service was just lacking. Sad really because I brought two friends who hadn't ever been to a Flo's and I'm not sure if they'll try any of the other locations after having such a bad experience. \n\nREVIEW OF THE FOOD: \n\nThe pot stickers were steamed and fried like they were supposed to be but they were pretty doughy and the sauce they gave us was really shallow so we had to move the dumpling around in the sauce dish to get some flavor on the dumpling... Imagine trying to take a bath in 4 inches of water in your tub- yeah, it was like that. \n\nThe eggplant dish was poorly cooked. One bite into the eggplant and the whole veggie would explode with water. The water completely diluted the flavor which made it feel like we were eating a sponge.\n\nThe curry chicken was decent but didn't have much sauce which is funny because to cook that dish, one would need quite a bit of sauce because the chicken, green beans and basil leaves were all evenly coated with sauce but the presentation of it was like a semi-dry curry dish. Hardly any sauce at all.\n\nSUMMARY:\n\nI can't come back to this location. The other locations are great but this one just seemed like a waste of money."^^ . . . "1"^^ . "1"^^ . "2"^^ .
