"I'm going to give them a 2 star rating. I'll tell u why, they kind of have a contradictory business model. They promote this Carmax approach of 'no haggle pricing' but there prices are kind of high to begin with. Since they are not a BMW/Mercedes/Audi dealer it's not like you're getting an actual dealer CPO car and the free 2 year extended warranty the dealer gives in exchange for the same prices the dealer charges. So not sure how they justify the same prices as a dealer.\n\nThe other issue is they promote the Carmax approach yet they use the same old fashioned used car salesman sales tactics where they bring in the manager and pressure you to buy on the spot and sell u there own 'maintenance' plan for $847, which is not an actual extended warranty. If u don't buy it they get really pissed off. The manager also asks u what he can do to help u buy the car but he won't haggle on the price so its basically a rhetorical question with no intent of actually helping you.\n\nIn term of the good, they do have nice cars, just do you home work and be ready to either buy the car or have an exit strategy, it's not a pleasant experience like most used card dealerships, they either wants u to buy or stop wasting there time asap.\n\nMy recommendation to them would to haggle a little more and go with the classic used car dealership approach or not haggle and not pressure people (like Carmax), u can't have it both ways in my humble opinion. I think in the internet age of transparency they're going to find consumers are more educated and smarter than ever."^^ . . "0"^^ . "2"^^ . . "2017-07-25T00:00:00"^^ . "17"^^ . "1"^^ . .
