"Worst service ever at 48th street & McDowell. I paid for an SUV and they tried to give me a Ford Focus and when I said I reserved an SUV I was told the only car they had available was a Kia Soul (that's NOT an SUV!!!!) Why do you take reservations if you aren't going to have cars available ? I took the car since I had somewhere to go and the next day I called to exchange it for what I actually paid for. I was told I could get a jeep so I drive 45 mins to exchange the car for a jeep renegade. I drive away and go to an appointment and when I get out I turn on the AC and it doesn't work at all. I call to tell them and they just tell me oh well we don't have any replacement cars but you can call any enterprise and exchange it anywhere. So you're telling me you messed up and gave me a defective car and I have to call around to every enterprise to get a new car? What kind of customer service is this?? So after calling around for 2 hours with no luck I call back to this enterprise and was told a car just came in and I could exchange it. So I drive another 45 mins to exchange the car and not once was I offered compensation or even an apology. I wasted 1.5 hours of my trip driving there not to mention gas. The sales guy was actually condescending and went to check the AC in the car and said \"oh it actually doesn't work\" like I just didn't know how to use it.
