"One of the two washers on the property has been broken for THREE months, and CAM has still not fixed it. Multiple residents have called them several times and they are either unable or unwilling to give an estimate for when the repair can happen. Meanwhile, they seemed to have plenty of time/resources to install brand new flooring in the laundry room rather than fix the washer. It seems to me like the company is much more interested in improving the property value than attending to the needs of renters.\nAdditionally, their customer service is very bad and when I call in to place a work order, they cannot ever give me an estimate as to when someone can come and fix the problem. \nOverall, a very unprofessional and frustrating property management company.
