Bob is always punctual when he comes for service, which is important to me as it's on my lunch break. He takes the time each time to inspect my house for areas that bugs or scorpions could be getting inside. He also cares about how the spray can affect my dogs, taking the time each service to make sure I remember to keep my dogs from going outside after he sprays, even though the spray is pet friendly. Other places in the past have said it's dog friendly so don't worry about it, but Bob is still always cautious of it. Better safe than sorry! Most importantly, no bugs!!
