"Made an appointment for two pedicures. We arrived on time, picked out polish and were taken right back to our chairs. One technician came right over and began the service. After half my service goes by I start to wonder where the technician is that will do my fianc\u00E9's pedicure. I was finally able to flag down one of the receptionist after they start polishing my nails. She tells me she is sorry it will just be five more minutes and someone should be over to start his service. My pedicure was completed and nails painted and still no one came over. \nI understand that mistakes happen and maybe you took more appointments then your staff was able to handle but you should fully disclose this to your customers when they come in for their service. Had we known that it would have taken that long we would have gone to the salon across the street or down the road. You knew this and sat us in chairs regardless because you knew you could get at least one persons money rather than losing out on both. Poor business practices. We will not be returning.
