I live near Studio 21 and saw \"The Best Of Las Vegas\" award sign and they were also recognized in this year's issue. So one day I drove by and stopped and made an appointment. Got my tattoo 3 days ago and I love it so very much. Swarm is a fantastic artist and so nice, as are all the people who work there. I have gotten so many compliments on how perfect my tat is. I would recommend Studio 21 to locals and tourists alike Not a tourist trap like you would find on the Strip. They give great instructions on aftercare.
