True customer service is really done after a car is purchased but not with this dealership. I stopped going to have my service done with Bell Road Lexus when a simple oil replacement, tire rotation and fluid check exceeded $300 per visit and now have my ES maintenance performed by Big O tire for less than $25 per visit.\n\nThat being said, the \"check oil light' would not stay off on the dash board so I called the dealer after the service manual procedure did not resolve the problem. \n\nAfter explaining this issue and other unrelated electrical issues, he asked where I had the oil change and responded Big O. He then berates me for calling into the dealer when I should have called Big O and in a rude tone \"well get your manual\" and \"you should have brought it to us\". I kindly reminded him I paid for an expensive car under your dealerships brand and that is still under warranty, not to mention I can not justify the addition $275 up charge for the oil change.\n\nLong story short, the associate would not clarify the simple process of resetting the \"check oil light\" and would only help me if I came into the dealer. Anyway, Earnhardt Lexus services was not helpful either but when I finally called my sales associate from Earnhardt who sold me the care amazingly was able to answer my question within 5 minutes.\n\nWith the state of the economy I'm surprise they are in business with this customer service and would never buy or service my vehicle from Bell Lexus.\n\n\nStay far away."^^ .
