They even allow you to request how salty you like it, which is nice considering there seems to be a lot of variety in saltiness in ramen broth in town.\n- Service is friendly and attentive.\n- Decor is modern and comfortable.\n- Prices are on the high end for ramen, but still reasonable.\n- Pork was very tender and tasty.\n\nThe meh:\n- Music was some crazy 90s dance music remix, Japanese style. Kind of aggravating, but I'm a bit of a music snob.\n- Noodles were quite thin. Not the kind of ramen noodles I'm used to. I prefer mine with more bite and more body. Not particularly satisfying.\n- A little modest on the portion sizes.\n- Soft boiled egg came straight out of the fridge, so it was still cold.\n\nWith the proliferation of ramen places, it's tricky to choose sometimes. For choices in the Plateau, I definitely prefer this over Ramen-ya, Misoya, and Saka-ba, but Kazu still takes the prize for me."^^ . "2"^^ . . "2015-06-17T00:00:00"^^ .
