I chose the kickboxing class and it was a great workout. It wasn't too busy and I was able to really enjoy the class. They have boxing gloves you can rent if you don't have any. The facility is so clean and fancy it really was impressive. I am a member of LVAC but I'm really drawn into this place because of the fun and exciting classes that they offer.
