"I intended to add OTF to my hiking and cycling routine once per week, but now that I have been going for a while, I want to do it all the time and am at least up to twice per week. It is really challenging, and works you out in all different ways. I am constantly looking at the board to try and push myself up a heart zone. \n\nThe coaches are all great, the music is great, and I love how it is never, ever the same. I love how you can sign up on the app, and not have to rush there hoping for a spot. \n\nThe front desk staff is great, and very spirited. They value their jobs and believe in what they do. They act like a family and it makes you feel like you are part of something. They even have a puppy mascot (which is super, duper awesome and in no way unsanitary...like one other person mentioned, party pooper.). \n\nI am not someone who is big on fads, or weird diets or crazy supplement routines.
