They said she didnt have strep and offered a mouthwasj of some sort. Today she wakes up with her whole mouth inflamed. I called the urgent care back to get more information on the mouthwash. The phone was answered by Haley who told me she would need to figure out who saw us and call me back im 1 to 2 hours. 6 hours later I still had not got a call back. I called and spoke with Haley again eho told me they didnt have a record of the mouthwash amd I needed to wait till tomorrow to get more info. I aksed to speak with a supervisor which she responded thry dont have one. Then I asked for a corporate number. She gave it to me and then said tell them I spoke with Haley in a very rude tone like she feels untouchable and can do and say/act however she feels to clients. I will also be posting this review to both the Eastmark and Bella Via Homeowners groups. Maybe if they start getting less clients from the surrounding area they can higher better more qualified staff."^^ .
