When I arrived at the dealership I was introduced to salesman, Ty. He was HORRIBLE! Rude, pushy, extremely arrogant, phony. It was ridiculous. I was ready to make a deal but he was so awful I couldn't do it. I couldn't finish a question without him rolling his eyes and interrupting me with \"don't worry about it\". Don't worry about it? Are you insane? That's how you respond to a question about a car I might purchase? \n\nI walked out and felt such a relief to get out of there. Gross!\n\nI have an older BMW and take it to their SERVICE DEPT - THEY ARE GREAT. Logan Carter is an excellent service manager. He clearly prioritizes customer service. Logan was my service advisor until he was promoted to manager. Now I work with service advisor, AJ Byrne, he is fantastic as well. Their service dept is why they have received the great reviews.
