They were out two days later and did a thorough job spraying both inside and out. I was given the option of using an Eco-Friendly product (which I chose) and the technician explained that all of their products were non-toxic, safe for children and pets, etc. We have also had a sporadic problem with mice, so they put down traps and bait for the mice as well at no additional charge.\n\nVery pleased with the service!"^^ .
