"I went to this office because it's close to home, and since it had been six years since I've been to a dentist, took advantage of the (now perpetual) $39 x-rays/cleaning Grand Opening special. I was impressed that, in the name of being paperless, they wanted the pre-appointment forms filled out online. I had a similar experience as the first reviewer - I'm a big baby with a tiny mouth - the hygienist was as gentle as could be, and didn't make me gag with the x-rays nor the cleaning. The office was modern, clean, and comfortable, and I did not have to wait long. The only reason for only four stars: after the appointment the manager was pushy in making me set up a 6 month appointment, which I did not want to do. I canceled via email when I received the 5 month reminder online, yet I received more reminders and ended up having to call the office to cancel verbally. I have also received communication in the mail, which makes me think \"so much for paperless\"."^^ . . . "0"^^ .
