I was told that I would receive two free airline tickets along with a three day two night stay anywhere in the US.  All I had to do was sit through a 90 minute presentation.  I asked if there was a catch and I was told no that all I would have to do is sit through a 90 minute presentation that was it.  On Saturday I received another call to confirm and again I asked how much would this cost me.  The manager told me again that it would cost me nothing.  All I had to do was stay the 90 mins then I would receive my gifts.  So then I received another call on Sunday morning just confirming that I would be attending and again I asked if it was going to cost me anything and again I was told no.  So I figured why not?  It's 90 mins of my day and that's it.  So I went down to the presentation and right away I got the fast paced employees knowing that they are going to try and sell me something.  I went in knowing I wasn't going to buy anything.  I had no budget to do so.  I only was only looking to receive the free gifts.   I was upfront with the individuals that I spoke to on the phone about it and also to the Presenter Barton Swingle.  He was awesome and understanding.   He continued to be professional even though he knew he wasn't going to make a sale.  He still sat with me and continued with his presentation.  It was all good until his manager came to the table to close the deal.  He was really high pressure.  I told him I couldn't afford the monthly obligation and it took him awhile to acknowledge that. I also told him again that I was there for the free gifts that I was promised.   He tried, but finally gave in. After a few minutes he came back with the what I thought were the free gifts that I was promised.    I didn't look at the papers until I got home and found that the gifts they gave me were not free \"go figure \"  I would have to pay taxes and some deposit before they would send me the vouchers then I would be able to use them.
