"This review is not actually about the care & services of Blossom, because I could not get that far. \n\nFirst attempt to speak about becoming a client, I called but no one answered. I didn't leave a VM but sent an email instead because of the nature of a question I had. No response after 3 days. \n\nSo I call in the morning. No answer. Called again in the afternoon to leave a VM. Late the next day, I get a call back, & despite my explanation of why I was calling in the VM, the tone of the woman who answered was basically a very uninterested \"what do you want\". She didn't have an answer for my question regarding insurance & tried to dismiss me, but I had talked to my insurance co. first & knew the answer I needed had to come from Blossom. I pushed, being an interested potential client & wanting to give them my money & all, so she said she would call me back with an answer. \n\nNo call back. \n\nCustomer service should not be so painful, & for a natural birth facility, you'd expect more positivity & kindness. My first question was if they were even accepting new clients, so that if they were too busy she could have said so. \n\nThis may not be a reason to avoid this facility if your experience is better, but I'm hoping the staff takes this to heart & changes. \n\nBaby & I have instead gone to Babymoon where I get cheers & hugs on top of the wonderful care."^^ . .
