The service writers are fast and friendly. I've been coming here for a while. The only thing I didn't like was that they tacked on an additional service and upgraded a part and charged me for it without asking, this ended up costing me almost $200 more than the agreed upon price. I, like most people, are on budget when it comes to car repairs - this kind of rubbed me the wrong way.
